Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors

1. Exhibition time: 06th – 10th October 2010
   • Opening hours for businessmen: from 8:00 to 18:00 daily
   • Opening hours for visitors: from 8:30 to 17:30 daily
   • First three days (06th – 08th October 2010): exhibition, seminars and business dealings, open to those with invitations.
   • Last two days (09th – 10th October 2010): open to the public.
2. Time for booth set-up: from 8:00 am on 03rd October 2010. The Organizing Board will start handing over standard-sized booths and open space to the exhibitors from October 3, 2010.
3. Booth set-up must be completed before the Exhibition opening (8:00 on 06th October 2010).
4. Booth attendants must arrive 30 minutes prior to opening hour.  On the Opening day (06th October 2010) all exhibitors must be present at 7:30 and assign well-dressed receptionists at their booths.
5. Each exhibitors is provided with 03 staff passes and 20 invitations for guests. No other types of pass is accepted.
6. Power will be supplied throughout the exhibition.  If exhibitors need to have power supplied at night and use additional water over the quota, they should inform the Organizing Board in advance and pay for additional tariff fixed by HIECC and Tan Binh Sports Center.  Power quota for each booth is 300w/hour
7. Exhibitors are not allowed to show video clips with indecent contents, use loud speakers in the Exhibition area or hang banners and pennants beyond the boundaries of their booths.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for looking after their exhibited goods and specialized equipment throughout the opening hours until 19:00 everyday, when authorized security guards take over.
9. All goods on display must have clear origin.
10. The Organizing Board reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of unaesthetic booth set-up or displaying of unregistered goods.
11. During the exhibition time, supplemental goods supply will be admitted through the back door in two time slots: 8:00 to 9:00 and 12:00 to 14:00
12. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismount booths and exhibits before the Exhibition’s closing. The Organizing Board only issues checkout permits on the last day of the Exhibition to exhibitors who have handed over theirs booth.
